When the police discover a gruesome murder on the side of the road and a little girl missing, two detectives set out to find the killer/kidnapper. What they will find may not be what they intended. A teenager starts to dream about a strange man in a suit, then sees him at night, along with a little girl. Could she be the one his detective father is looking for? Also, who is this strange man and how does he fit in to all this?
